Acceptable, but with Significant Noise Issues
spacious room kitchenette loud music bass vibrations
The room was spacious. It had a kitchenette.
On Saturday evening, the bar downstairs hosted a DJ party until 1 a.m. (who even does that?). My room was directly above, and I could not sleep due to the loud music and bass vibrations. I complained, but it took a long time for the music to stop. This ruined my first night.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities
equipped kitchen adequate size free laundry
The room included a well-equipped kitchen with clean and sufficient utensils. The design of the rooms was attractive, and the size proved adequate. The hotel provided free access to laundry machines with soap, a nice touch.
The area around the hotel was not great, with no nice markets or cafes nearby.

The hotel is situated near the Theresienwiese U-Bahn station, which facilitated easy access to various tourist sites around the city. The central train station is a short distance away, approximately ten minutes on foot from the hotel.

closed bar limited dining
the gym was useful, with a space for workouts.
the on-site bar and restaurant were closed. i wasn't informed about this before my arrival, and it limited my dining options (burgers became the default). the lack of amenities within the hotel was frustrating, especially since i expected more for the price i paid.

The staff was grateful for my arrival. I got some milk from reception. It helped with my coffee. The facility was convenient. It included laundry downstairs.

Reception was smiling. They completed the procedure in one minute. Check-in happened before the appointment. All staff are super friendly. They are also very helpful.

The location is good. It's just outside of the centre. The underground is 50m away. The central train station is a 10 min walk. A nice central courtyard also exists.
